Celebrating Denison’s 150 Years
2022 Conductor’s Costume Ball Poster Contest
The Red River Railroad Museum (RRRM) invites artists to submit an official Conductor’s Costume Ball poster design. The winning entry will be reproduced as a commemorative poster to be released at the discretion of RRRM Board of Directors to commemorate the Denison, Texas Sesquicentennial Celebration.
The artist with the winning poster will receive a $1000 award. If the winning artist is a high school student, the student will receive a $500 award and the high school art department will receive a $500 award.
Artist Eligibility: Any United States Citizen 16 years of age or older.
Eligible Artwork: RRRM will consider original two-dimensional work including mixed media and traditional paint media such as oil, acrylic, watercolors, pastels or some combination of those media, pencil, pen and ink, charcoal or some combination of those media, and digital work/graphic design.
